Dipl.-Ing. Hans Georg Conrads studied electrical engineering on the RWTH Aachen. After his master’s degree he founded the company PROMECON GmbH and invented numerous measurement systems for the power, cement and smelter industries. Today these measurement systems are installed in hundreds of plants around the world. Hans Georg Conrads is the author of numerous patents and many conference papers on process measurement of gas and solid material flows.

Amrit Halder has more than 25 years of experience with vast expertise in Process, Proposal & Performance Engineering. He has extensive experience in the Boiler Industry and has worked on several successful projects at ISGEC involving multiple Air Pollution Control Technologies. He graduated from Jadavpur University with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Power and is currently heading the Engineering Excellence Centre for Utility Boilers & Air Pollution Control Equipment Business at Isgec, Noida.

Scott Daugherty

SVP, Chief Operating Officer

Scott is the Chief Operating Officer for Cormetech leading global sales, services and marketing, along with multi-site manufacturing, regeneration and QA/laboratory operations for the SCR catalyst emissions control businesses. He also oversees the company’s relationships with multiple catalyst licensees in China and partners throughout Asia. A longtime senior leader at Cormetech, Scott’s previous career roles have encompassed leading teams in manufacturing, finance, IT and direct sales in consumer products at Lenox, Inc., medical and military electronics at AVX Corporation and optical waveguide manufacturing at Corning. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and serves on the NC State Innovation and Entrepreneurship Board of Advisors. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Mr. Santangeli has helped lead EES’ combustion and fuel additive technology development through an innovative and analytic approach and has continued development of engineered combustion and emissions control systems.

Ansha Naji is the Founder and CEO of Zerowatt Energy. An Electrical Engineer and MBA graduate, he spent over 13 years at NTPC Ltd., India’s largest power utility, where he worked first in erection, commissioning, and operations of large thermal power stations, and later in the company’s Strategic Division for New Business Verticals. In this role, he helped shape NTPC’s pioneering initiatives in green hydrogen, carbon capture, and energy storage, and was closely involved in some of the largest energy-transition infrastructure projects undertaken globally in these domains. Drawing on this blend of operational depth and strategic foresight, Ansha founded Zerowatt to address the industrial sector’s twin challenges of energy efficiency and decarbonisation. Under his leadership, Zerowatt is using the power of AI to build intelligence around energy consumption—helping energy-intensive industries cut costs, improve reliability, and accelerate their transition to net-zero.

With extensive collaboration with global clients and consultants, he has also received specialized training in supercritical boiler evaporator design at SIEMENS (Germany) and in advanced boiler technologies at Riley Power and Babcock Power (USA).
