- Force Majeure Event Rescheduling – India Power Forum (IPF) may be rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to pandemic restrictions, force majeure events, or other factors beyond the organizers’ control. Advance notice will be provided where possible, and the event will be rescheduled subject to availability of participants and venue.
- Attendance Policy – Attendance is limited to 100 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary access is extended to personnel from utilities, energy producers, developers, power producers, cement & steel manufacturers, captive power plants, refineries and industrial facilities.
- Solution Providers & OEMs – Access for solution providers, OEMs, and technology vendors is by invitation only. The organizers reserve the sole right to rescind or revoke passes if deemed not relevant to the event.
- Speakers & Sessions – Speakers and panelists are subject to change. In cases where a speaker is unavailable due to personal, visa-related, force majeure, travel restrictions, or other issues, they may participate virtually via video conference or be substituted at the discretion of the organizers.
- Recording & Broadcast – The event will be recorded and may be broadcast live to an international audience. By attending, participants consent to being included in such recordings and broadcasts.
- Identification & Conduct – All attendees must present valid identification upon entry and are expected to maintain professional decorum throughout the sessions, networking events, and presentations.
